Wow! What a week. Such a rapidly changing picture that we are doing our utmost to keep up to speed with. Let’s update you on the changes that we are making.
Coronavirus situation:
We wanted to reassure you that your health and well being is our utmost priority. We are still closely following the latest advice from Public Health England. We will remain OPEN until advised otherwise by the government.
We all need to act sensibly and follow the latest government advice. If you are in a high-risk category (for example, someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system), current guidance suggests that you should be restricting your contact with others to an absolute minimum.
If you fall into this category we can offer help and advice of your musculoskeletal symptoms, via a phone or via Skype/Zoom or FaceTime consultation.
Regardless, we ask PLEASE, if you or another member of your household have any symptoms of a cold or virus (a new or continuous cough or a temperature of 37.8 degrees or higher) then you should cancel any scheduled treatment. We would like to reassure you that our protocol in the clinic to help safeguard you all include:
- Hand washing or Hand sanitising upon arrival in the clinic.
- Thorough cleaning of the surface areas after every client.
- Changing of towels after each client.
- Paper towelling to be used over the couch for each client.
- Disinfect all gym equipment including couch between clients.
- Disinfect card reader after each client (Note: APPLE PAY allows you to use contactless for amounts over £30.00).
